Where to Go Camping
That's right, the rumors are
true. The Council's "Where to Go
Camping" books are now available
for distribution. Through tireless
efforts by Peter Abell and Sean
Veazie, the Lodge was able to have
the book for display at the SR-9
Conclave in the full. Although
distribution of the books are
planned for the District Conclaves
in the fall, a troop may request one
by calling Peter Abell or Ryan
Cooper.

Ordeals
By: Ryan Cooper
This year the AhoalanN
achpikin Lodge will once again
have 4 ordeals, a pre- and post-camp
each for Kia Kima and Tallaha.
They will be: June 7-9 at Kia Kima,
July 26-28 at Camp Tallaha, and
August 23-25 at Kia Kima.
A change for this year,
though, is our new Inductions
Committee. This committee is in
charge of the Elangomat Program.
- Any member may be an Elangomat,
and it is encouraged for
Brotherhood candidates. As an
Elangomat, you will guide a clan
through the Ordea1. You will be in
charge of every move they make. If
you would like to be an Elangomat,
call Jeremy Palazolo at (901) 278-
6410.
You will have a chance to
seal your membership in the Order
by obtaining your Broth~rhood at
any of the Ordeals. You can refer to
the article on the second page for
